Jaime Saibil has nearly a decade of experience providing strategy, organizational consulting and counselling in the healthcare and weight loss industry. She is a psychotherapist with a Masters Degree in Counselling & Organizational Psychology from The Adler School for Professional Psychology, as well as an Honours degree in Psychology from York University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University.
She has worked with Accenture’s Talent & Organizational workgroup as an analyst to Fortune 500 companies, and was responsible for the design of a permanent health consultant role for Accenture services; accepted and implemented in the spring of 2009.
Jaime began her career working in the field of weight loss in 2002, and joined Wellspring Camps, a U.S. based organization focused on tackling the epidemic of adolescent obesity. In her role as clinical director, she was responsible for completing diagnostic assessments, designing and managing parent initiatives, managing and training the clinical team, and providing mental health treatment at the individual and group level.
She is a member, in good standing, of the Ontario Society for Psychotherapists (OSP) and the Canadian Obesity Network. She is a published author in the Journal of Individual Psychology.
